This will be a very short lesson. The configuration of the sticky types is the same as for the team board. So I will only go into one possible configuration form, which I usually recommend for the Program Risk Board. I usually configure two sticky types. The first one is called Program Risk and the second one is simply a note. Make sure you give the Program Risk a different red tone than the Team Risk. During the Program Risk session of PI Planning you can clearly see which Risks were raised by the teams and which were raised during the Program Risk session on program level.

Below we see the "team risk" grayed out. This is the sticky type that we had previously configured on the team board in the last lesson. We had given the option to mirror this team risk to the risk board as well. So here are all stickies listed that can be mirrored from other boards to this board.
