First of all I would like to point out that there is another course especially for administrators covering everything from users, over Single Sign On configuration all the way to setting up your organization. So I will just cover the very basics you need to get started with your first PI session creation.

To set up our first ART we first navigate to Organization. Now let us create some teams. Enter a team name. If there is already an ART set up, we can directly assign the new team to this ART. But in this example we are going a different path. Now we could already add existing team members or invite new team members to this team by entering their email addresses below and pressing “Save & Add”. To be faster we can skip the invite team members for now. That’s something we can do later as well. Let’s create at least two teams as this is the minimum for an ART. Once we are done with that we can switch to the next tab “ARTs”. Let’s create an ART now. Give it a name and add the teams below. The order of the teams that you define here is also the order they will be in on the Program Board. We can still modify it during the session creation later on but here you can define the default order. Press “Save”. In case you have multiple ARTs and they should form a Solution Train we can now switch to the tab “Solution Train”. It’s the same procedure here as with the ART. Create a new solution train and add the ARTs.
