RTE Cockpit Crash Course

The Program Board configuration is extremely simple with the knowledge we have built up in the previous steps and lessons. The only sticky type that we specifically configure on the program board is "milestones / events". We can add additional sticky types if we want. For example, after PI Planning we can also add a sticky type "SoS Agenda" with a bright color. This way the Scrum Masters can transparently note their discussion points for the Scrum of Scrums session already during the iteration on the Program Board. When we go into the SoS session we can filter the board according to this sticky type and have a full agenda at our hands, which we can also timebox with the timer in piplanning.io. This is just one out of many examples I wanted to share with you as a leading practice.

Below we see all the other sticky types that can be mirrored to the program board. We have configured the dependency on the team board, the feature and the enabler on the program backlog board, And all of them can be mirrored to this board.
