In the 9th lesson of piplanning.io RTE Cockpit course, you will learn about how to add Collaboration Canvases to a PI session. In the RTE Cockpit, you can choose which canvas type is needed to be used. You can choose from a wide range of SAFe compatible canvases. You will also get some handy tips on which canvases we recommend to use for PI Plannings. Each canvas can be set up with its own sticky notes, which have the appropriate sticky functions (note or work item) and can be set in unique colors.
Collaboration canvases are nothing more than boards and sticky notes, for various use-cases. In the RTE Cockpit we can configure which canvas types should be available in this PI session. I will show here which ones I would create specifically for PI Planning. First, the Agenda. The Working Agreements and the Confidence Vote. For each board, configure which sticky types should be available and what sticky function they should have. You can choose from two. Note and Work item. You can always come back here and make adjustments.
