In this lesson, we will take a more detailed look at the Program Backlog sticky type. This sticky type has two special features. One we can set a WSJF value or any other estimation in numbers we use. Second, we have a team tag on the sticky note itself, where we can always see if it is assigned to a team and if so, which team it belongs to.
About the course
This course is for those who are collaboratively active in piplanning.io during PI Planning. So for example for Team Members, Scrum Masters, RTEs, STEs and some more. And hey! It's only 22 lessons in 21 minutes. So not a lot of time.
