No, Drivrary is even specially designed so that you can use it with huge groups as well as with very small 3-5 person groups. We have pre-recorded certain presentations of management and RTE so that you can save these roles for small groups. But also large groups benefit from it, because it focuses the participants on PI Planning and not on any presentations they have to prepare.

As Drivrary is a complex product, we need two ARTs to build it: Wonderland and NerdBooks. It is necessary teams to work together to deliver added value. A thorough understanding and proper management of dependencies between teams is essential, because if not managed properly, they will lead to blockers in the execution of tasks. This Simulation creates the perfect environment to practice managing dependencies between teams not only at the tool level, but also for the challenges of different roles.
